白来航快、慢羽鸡TVB基因型与产蛋性能的关联分析 被引量:2

Association Analysis of TVB Genotype and Laying Performance in Fast-feathering and Slow-feathering White Leghorns

摘要 为探讨TVB易感-抗性基因型与产蛋性能的相关性,以白来航快、慢羽鸡为试验材料,采用直接测序的方法测定TVB基因型,同时分析TVB不同基因型与生产性能的关系。结果表明:白来航慢羽群体中,禽白血病易感等位基因TVBS1的频率为0.54,抗B、D、E亚群等位基因TVBR的频率为0.45,抗E亚群等位基因TVBS3的频率为0.01;白来航快羽群体中,禽白血病易感等位基因TVBS1的频率为0.54,抗B、D、E亚群等位基因TVBR的频率为0.46,而抗E亚群等位基因TVBS3的频率为0。经SASGLM分析,检测的白来航快、慢羽两群体中,TVB易感-抗性基因型之间的42周产蛋数、开产日龄、开产蛋重、开产体重及40周龄蛋重等指标均无显著差异(P>0.05)。因此,TVB各基因型群体之间的产蛋性能无差异。 To study the correlation between susceptible-resistant TVB genotype and laying performance in fast-feathering and slow-feathering white Leghorns,TVB genotype was detected using direct sequencing method,relationship between various genotypes of TVB and production performance was analyzed. The results indicated that in slow-feathering white Leghorns population,the susceptible allelic frequency of avian leucosis was 0.54, the allelic frequency resistant to avian leucosis virus subgroup B, D, E was 0.45, but the allelic frequency resistant to avian leucosis virus subgroup E was 0.01. In fast-feathering white Leghorns population,the susceptible aUelic frequency was 0.54,the allehc frequency resistant to avian leucosis virus subgroup B, D, E was 0.46, but the allelic frequency resistant to avian leucosis virus subgroup E was 0. Through SAS GLM analysis, in fast-feathering and slow-feathering white Leghorns population, the difference in the total number of laying eggs at 42 weeks of age, first-egg day, first-egg weight, first-egg body weight and egg weight at 40 weeks of age weren't significant in various TVB susceptible and resistant population. Therefore,re-sistant TVB genotype didn't give rise to the decline in egg laying performance.
