传染性法氏囊病病毒对SPF雏鸡免疫器官T细胞增殖能力及亚型的影响 被引量:3

摘要 以SPF雏鸡为研究对象,应用细胞培养、MTT及流式细胞检测技术,通巴细胞对刀豆蛋白A的增殖能力及其CD4^+和CD8^+T淋巴细胞亚型数量的检测,较统的研究了传染性法氏囊病病毒(IBDV)感染21日龄SPF雏鸡后,其免疫器官(胸腺法氏囊)T细胞增殖能力及其亚型的动态变化,结果发现:IBDV感染SPF雏鸡后,其脾脏T淋巴细胞增殖能力于病毒感染后3~7d显著降低,CD4^+和CD8^+T淋巴细胞病毒感染初期明显低于对照雏鸡;法氏囊中CD4^+和CD8^+T淋巴细胞数量在病毒感迅速增加,而后持续低于对照雏鸡。表明SPF雏鸡感染IBDV后,其免疫器官细胞免受抑制,而作为病毒侵袭的主要靶器官,法氏囊在病毒感染初期有大量T细胞浸润,究为进一步阐明IBDV的务.疲致病机制提供了重要的拳者依据。 Abstract:In this experiment,the cell culture,MTT and flow eytometry were used to research the dynamic changes of the T ]ymphocytes proliferation function to ConA and the number of CD4^+ and CD8^+ T lymphocytes in immune organs of SPF chicks which infecLed with infectious bursal disease virus (IBDV). The results showed that the T lymphocytes proliferation in thymus and spleens were reduced significantly at 3 to 7 days,and the number of CD4^+ and CD8^+ T lymphocytes were decreased compared with those of control chicks in the early stage of infection;but the number of CD4^+ and CD8^+ T lymphocytes in bursa of Fabrieius were increased remarkably in the first stage and began to reducein the later stage. Those indicated that cellular immune function of immune organs was suppressed and a large number of T lymphocytes infiltration in bursa of Fabricius of SPF chicks after infected with IBDV which proved reference points for immunopathogenesis of IBDV.
