摘要
旨在探索出一种简单快速提取与分离小果博落回5种主要生物碱的方法,采用乙酸乙酯和正丁醇依次萃取φ=50%的乙醇提取液,将总生物碱分为苯并菲啶类化合物和普罗托品类化合物;对苯并菲啶类化合物采用化学转化法和一次柱层析,获得碘化血根碱和碘化白屈菜红碱;对普罗托品类化合物进行一次柱层析,获得原阿片碱、隐品碱和别隐品碱。结果表明,此方法具有简单、快速、高效和适宜于规模化生产的特点。
In the present research, a simple and fast method of extraction and isolation of the five alkaloids from Macleaya rnicrocarpa was developed. The key steps were as follows, successive extraction of φ=50% ethanol extract solution with ethyl acetate and n-butanol yielded benzo phenanthridine alkaloids and protopine alkaloids, respectively;benzo phenanthridine alkaloids were treated with chemi- cal transformantion further were separated by silica gel column chromatography separation to provide sanguinarine iodide and chelerythrine iodide; protopine alkaloids were subjected to silica gel column chromatography to obtain protopine, cryptopine and allocryptopine. The present method is faster, more simple and more efficient than other literature methods, and can be applied to mass production.
