摘要
链条抽油机可靠性太差 ,平均无故障大修时间仅为半年。经改造后的抽油机因受原设计的局限仍存在钢丝绳和链条易断等问题。据此 ,设计出一种保证延长大修周期而价格与同型号游梁抽油机相近的LPJ12型链条胶带抽油机。该新型抽油机采用机械平衡 ,用载荷胶带代替钢丝绳 ,将原来的天车轮换成双滚筒 ,并采用 12个导向轮改善受力状况。另外 ,还在润滑、刹车、链轮链条的选用等方面作了一些改进。新型机保持了原有链条抽油机长冲程、低冲次、质量轻和节电的特点。
In the light of the chain all wire line on a chain pumping unit being apt to be broken, Model LPJ12 chain belt pumping unit was developed. The new unit adopts mechanical balance, uses load belt instead of wire line, replaces the crown wheel with double drums, and applies 12 guide wheels for improving load condition. In addition, improvements in lubricating mechanism, brakes, and chain and sprockets were made. The new unit has good performance and high reliability with a cost close to that of the old type unit.
