摘要
介绍了一种适用于浅层超稠油水平井的副管生产测井新技术。该技术采用特殊的井下测试仪器串和井口密封装置,通过泵送仪器输送法在副管内将测试仪器输送到水平井段的预定位置,经过一定时间的热交换平衡后,可通过测井钢丝或测井电缆逐点测试水平井段的温度变化,达到生产测井的目的。通过现场试验表明,该技术具有结构简单、施工方便、安全可靠及不停抽即可测试等优点,适用于斜直水平井的生产测井要求,解决了浅层斜直水平井段生产测井方面的困难。
A new technology of production logging with looped pipeline was introduced to suit to sallow horizontal well with viscous oil. Using special downhole testing instrument set and wellhead sealing installation, the testing instrument can be sent to the predict horizontal site in the looped pipeline by pumping instruments. After heat exchanging for a certain time and getting equilibrium, the temperature can be tested spot by spot in the horizontal well by the logging wire or cable. By the field testing, it is verified that the technology has simple structure, easily implement, safe and not stop pump to test. The technology suit to the horizontal well's production logging.
