药剂混配对梨木虱的毒力及药效测定 被引量:13

摘要 为了筛选防治梨木虱的高效药剂,采用药膜法测定了不同药剂组合对梨木虱成虫的毒力,通过田间药效试验,评价了药剂和药剂组合对梨木虱成虫和若虫的防治效果。结果表明:阿维菌素对梨木虱成虫显示了较高的触杀毒力,LC50为0.9877mg/L,阿维菌素与吡虫啉质量比1:1混配也显示了较突出的触杀效果,LC50为1.2145mg/L;田间药效结果表明,阿维菌素与吡虫啉/啶虫脒混配对梨木虱成虫有较好的防效,10天内防效均在80%以上,阿维菌素与吡虫啉/啶虫脒混配对梨木虱若虫也显示了较好的防效,10天防效均在90%以上。 In order to select efficient insecticides to control Psylla chinensis Yang et Li, ghe toxicity of insecticides to Psylla chinensis were tested using the residual film method, and the efficacy of composite reagents were tested at the same time. The results showed that: avermectins had highest toxicity to adults of Psylla chinensis, LC 50 was 0.9877 mg/L; when the mixed mass ratio of abamectin and imidacloprid was 1:1, LC 50 was 1.2145 mg/L; the field efficacy results showed that the mixed of abamectin and imidacloprid/ acetamiprid had better control efficiency to adults and nymphs of Psylla chinensis, control efficiency were above 80% and 90% respectively after 10 days.
