Reasonable and Proper Selection of Design Standards and Codes to Lower the Development Cost of Qikou 17-2 Oil Field Project

合理、适度地选择设计标准及设计参数是开展设计工作的基本前提,也是推行设备材料国产化、优化工艺流程和降低工程造价的基础。如果不能做到合理、适度地选择设计标准及设计参数,不合理的技术要求就难免会造成工程质量事故或工程投资的无谓增加。文中系统地阐述了如下内容:在确保油田安全和可操作的前提下,合理、适度地选取设计标准及设计参数,简化设计规格书,努力避免不合理的技术要求,不断优化工艺流程及总体布置,加大设备及材料国产化力度,在歧口17-2油田开发工程降低造价方面所取得的收益。

A reasonable and proper selection of design standard and code is a basic presupposition of design work,as well as a basis for the nationalization of equipment and materials, optimization of process flow and reduction of engineering cost. Otherwise improper technical requirements may cause quality problems or unnecessary increase of investment. The author introduces in this paper the benefits gained in reducing the engineering cost in developing Qikou 17 - 2 oil field by reasonably and properly selecting design standards and codes, simplifying design specifications .avoiding unnecessary technical requirements,continuously optimizing the process flow and layout ,and focusing of the nationalization of equipment and materials.
