摘要
瑞典 SUNROD公司开发生产的太阳棒 ( SUNROD)针翅管 ,由于它具有扩大传热面积、增强流体湍流度及提高传热系数等性能 ,得到了传热界的关注。对 1 2种不同结构的针翅管进行传热与压降试验 ,得出传热与压降关系。并以此为基础 ,取单位传热量下 ,针翅体积和针翅管体积的规划和作为目标函数 ,对针翅管结构参数进行优化设计 ,并用惩罚函数法和鲍维尔法 ,通过编程计算 ,得到了不同操作条件下针翅结构的最优化方案 ,既节省了材料 ,又满足了换热器紧凑性的要求。
Since SUNROD company developed and produced the pin finned tube, the pin finned tube has been concerned by the field of heat transfer because of its good characteristics of extending heat transfer surface, intensifying fluid vorticity, enhancing heat transfer coefficient The heat transfer and pressure drop correlation function is got on the base of experiment of 12 pin finned tubes with different structure Also, optimum design was proceeded to get the best fin's structure parameters of pin finned tube The object function is the volume of fin materials plus the volume of heat exchanger,for given amount of heat dissipation The optimum plan of pin fin structure is obtained by means of computer calculation using the Sequential Unconstrained Minimization Technique and Powell Method Thus, the pin material is saved and the goal of compact heat exchanger is realized
