摘要
中国石化洛阳分公司260×104t/a柴油加氢精制装置设计能耗为12.393kg标油/t,自2010年10月份开工以来,装置能耗较高,曾一度高达到12.16kg标油/t。经分析表明:在综合能耗中,燃料气(油)、3.5MPa蒸汽及电能耗占能耗比重较大。采取了有针对性的节能降耗措施:提高加热炉氧含量以提高加热炉效率;投用原料油过滤器,提高反应炉入口温度;降低操作压力;降低循环机转速、汽提蒸汽量以降低蒸汽消耗量;做好新氢压缩机C3401A的维护保养工作,停用反应加热炉F3401鼓风机和引风机,以降低用电量;细化用水管理以实现节约用水。采取措施后,柴油加氢装置节能优化效果显著,各项指标均有不同程度降低,装置综合能耗下降至5.91kg标油/t,在国内同类装置对标中名列前茅。提出了提高加工量、增加低温热水量、改造原料泵P3401A液力透平、调整循环氢压缩机转速等进一步节能措施及建议。
Sinopec Luoyang Company's 260×10^4t/a diesel hydrotreating unit is designed to consume 12.393kg of oil equivalent of energy for processing one ton of feedstock.Since it went into operation in October 2010, the unit's energy consumption has stayed high,once reaching as high as 12.16kg of oil equivalent per ton of feedstock processed.Analysis shows that of the unit's overall energy consumption,fuel gas (oil),3.5MPa steam and power represent a high proportion.Technicians of the company took a series of measures to reduce the unit's energy use ,including raising the content of oxygen in heaters to increase their efficiency ,introducing raw oil filters ,raising the temperature at the inlets of reactors,reducing operating pressure ,lowering the speed of cir- culators and the volume of stripped vapor to reduce use of steam, strengthening the maintenance of the fresh hydrogen compressor C3401A,stopping use of the air blowers and induced draft fans of the reactor heater F3401 to reduce use of power,and refining management of water use to save water.As a result of these measures ,the energy efficiency of the diesel hydrotreating unit improved considerably and indices of energy and material use dropped to some extent.The overall energy consumption of the unit fell to 5.91kg of oil e- quivalent per ton of feedstock processed,among the lowest levels of units of the same type in China.This ar- ticle proposes further energy-saving measures and suggestions for the unit including raising processing vol- umes and the supply of low-temperature water,upgrading the hydraulic tubine of the feedstock pump P3401A and adjusting the speed of the circulating hydrogen compressor
