Reducing cost is inevitable for developing offshore oil industry

国际石油价格的长期低迷 ,已严重影响了我国石油工业的发展 ,而我国的桶油成本一直很高 ,已暴露出与世界石油市场不适应的诸多问题 ,所以减少投资 ,降低桶油成本 ,是我们的当务之急。现文阐述了降低海洋石油成本的必由之路 ,就是要从海洋石油天然气的规划和开发方案做起 ;采用简易平台 ,降低工程投资 ,发展高新技术。

We have met some troubles in the domestic market and international as a result of reducing oil price.The key problem is that the cost of per barrle oil is too high.Therefore,the investment of engineering and the cost of per barrel oil must be reduced.To get this target,measures must be taken from overall development program of offshore oil & gas to the whole engineering including the operation cost during the production of oil & gas field.Using simple platform is the only way to reduce engineering investment,not only suitable for big oil & gas field but also for marginal field of shallow water area.Our offshore oil industry has now entered a new stage of high speed development.It is urgent to research and overcome the high and new technology problems.
