复合射孔压裂技术的应用研究

Study and application of the combined perforation fracturing technique

复合射孔压裂技术是我国近几年兴起的一项新的油层增产技术 ,其作用原理是把射孔技术与高能气体压裂技术融合在一起对地层进行复合作用 ,提高地层渗透导流能力 ,以达到实现增加油气井产量的目的。我国目前采用的主要有 3种结构型式 :混合组装型、分体组装型和加载组装型。分析这 3种结构的不同特点及其对地层不同的作用效果之后 ,提出加载组装型结构是较理想的发展方向。通过对该技术的应用效果分析 ,提出复合射孔压裂技术 ,尤其是混合组装型和加载组装型结构技术在低渗透油藏或特低渗油藏推广应用的重要意义 ,并提出了该技术在选井选层、下井工艺及施工中应注意的问题。

The combined perforation fracturing is a new technique.Its principle is to combine the perforation and high energy gas fracturing to increase the reservior's permeability and production.There are three types in china:mixed type,separated type and enhancement type.This paper analyzes their characters and efficiency,especially the first and the third which are more suitable to low or very low permeability reservoir.Question about how to select the well,formation and construction process are discussed.The result shows this technique has good application prospects.
