摘要
胜利作业二号平台固井泵机泵组原设计传动方案为 Z4 -2 80 -2 1直流电机与固井泵之间采用减速器 ,调速方式为直流电机无级调速。由于直流电机具有恒扭矩输出特性 ,使得现有直流电机输出特性与固井泵作业参数不匹配 ,无法满足平台作业要求。通过改进设计 ,保留原直流电机与固井泵 ,采用液压换档 ,可实现低速换档和远程控制 ,充分满足现场作业要求。
A hydraulic gearing device is used instead of the original mechanical gearbox between the cementing pump and the DC motor,it makes low speed shifting and remote control possible,and more desirable.It greatly improves the transmission character between the constant torque DC motor and cementing pump,therefore fully meets the requirements of field operation.
