Investigation and Enlightenment of Community Sports Management in Japan and USA

通过对日本、美国社区体育管理标准、特征和融资模式的探究,发现其特点突出表现为体育项目的本土化、体育服务体系的层次性及社区体育的大众化与亲民性等。借鉴日、美两国发展社区体育的成功经验,在我国社区体育健身服务体系构建中,应当注重民族体育的传承,逐步规范社区健身服务体系的标准,建立体育设施建设的监管机制,构建多元化的社区体育经济模式。

This is a research which explore the management standard characteristics and financing mode of inquiry of commu- nity sports in Japan and the United States, which is characterized by outstanding localization in sport performance, hierarchy of sports service system, popularization and close to the people, etc. The goal is to learn from the successful experience of community sports of Japan and the United States and to develop the community fitness system in our country which need to fo- cus on the national sports heritage, and gradually regulating the standards of the community health service system and the es- tablishment of the regulatory mechanism of the construction of sports facilities, building diverse economic models of community sports.
