The Analysis of Characteristics of the Flow of Badminton Players in China

从我国羽毛球运动的发展与优秀人才流动的关系、我国优秀羽毛球人才的流动形式及其影响两个主要层面,对我国优秀羽毛球人才流动的特征进行了细致分析。并针对优秀羽毛球人才的地域分布呈现出不平衡的态势、优秀羽毛球人才资源丰富与基层群众羽毛球运动发展的急需相矛盾、脱节等现象和问题,提出了发展对策,为形成合理、有效的羽毛球人才流动形式,为促进我国羽毛球运动的持续发展提供了理论依据。

The detailed analysis was made in the characteristics of flow of best of China＇ badminton talents. This is achieved mainly through insight of relationship between growth of the game and talents flow as well as its forms and effects. The geo- graphical distribution of players resources characterized by discrepancy between a large amount of top - leveled players above and urgent need from the communities was investigated and the countermeasures are put forward to offer reference for healthy growth of this game.
