摘要
针对系统国内外状况并结合作者自己的经验 ,介绍了主风机 烟机能量回收机组的主要控制及安全联锁保护系统的设计原则和主要设计方法 ,对主风机的负荷控制、反喘振控制、超速保护控制、润滑油系统的控制、机组的安全联锁保护系统的设计原则做了比较详尽的论述 ,并针对机组控制及保护系统的设置要求和故障检测单元的设置原则等阐述了笔者的观点。
Based on the conditions of domestic and foreign refineries and the author′s experience,the mainly design principle and method of the air blower expander train′s control and ESD/SIS (emergency shutdown and safety interlocking system) are introduced. It is discussed in detail the design principial of the axial blower charge_control,anti_surge control,over_speed protect control,lube system control and the train′s ESD/SIS. The author also expounded the seting request of the train′s control and protect system and the setting principle of the failure detection unit.
