摘要
服务动机体现了党的根本宗旨,是建设服务型政党的根本要求和贯彻群众路线的根本要求。因此,应加强对公务员的服务动机考核。考核公务员工作应注重对公民的服务,将民众视为客户,这个理念急需在我国的公务员考核体系中有所体现。考核工作注重将指标细化为具体行政行为,可以帮助纠正目前我国考核中重定性忽视具体标准的偏颇。考核工作注重分层分级,对不同的工作岗位提出不同的工作要求。
Serving motive reflects the basic motto of our party.It is the basic requirement for constructing a serving government and carrying out mass route.Therefore,evaluation for service motive of public officials needs to be strengthened.Evaluation for performance of public officials should emphasize their service to the public who should be regarded as customers of the public officials.This serving ideology urgently needs to be reflected in the evaluation of public officials.Evaluation of public officials should transfer indexes into detailed and specific governmental activities,which can help correct the deviation from detailed and specific standards.Evaluation standards should put forward different requirements for different functions in different hierarchies.
