摘要
"三位一体"绩效考核的考核内容包括目标、业绩、过错三个部分,它们相辅相成,构成一个整体。在具体考核实践中,将考人与考事有机地统一起来,奖罚分明,重视平时考核工作,强调合理运用考核结果,及时建立干部业绩档案。同时,把考核评价与干部选拔任用和激励约束结合起来,着力形成有利于科学发展的用人导向,建立有机联系、相互配套的选人用人机制。
The "Trinity" Performance Evaluation System has three integrative parts: objectives,achievements and mistakes.In practice,it evaluates daily performance records of both people and work for award and punishment.Meanwhile,it integrates evaluation with promotion of leaders for scientific development of human resources and talent selection.
