摘要
生产维护在炉缸长寿链上起着决定性的作用。对生产维护中与炉缸长寿相关的各种因素,如气隙、凝固层、热负荷等进行系统的分析,从而论述炉缸操作维护中的有效长寿措施,以期为实现炉缸长寿提供有益的帮助。
Maintenance is the key factor to long campaign life of blast furnace hearth. The present paper makes com- prehensive analysis on the maintenance factors related to blast furnace hearth campaign life such as air gap, solidified layer and heat load. The analyses point out several effective measurements which can be applied on maintenance to achieve long campaign life of blast furnace.
