摘要
本文首先提出了轴角数字转换器(Synchro/Resolver to Digital Con-Verter)的结构。为满足高速随动系统轴角位置检测的需要,必须采取跟踪型轴角数字转换器。文中给出了此种轴角数字转换器的设计思想和实验结果。它不但可以实现轴角位置的高精度实时检测,同时还能以模拟和数字两种方式给出旋转速度。位置信息可以并行输出,适于与计算机联接,也可以输出正交脉冲,其方式与光学编码器完全一致。
A Synchro/Resolver to digital converter is proposed in this paper.Inorder to meet the needs of high speed servo system for angular position ??measurement,a tracking type Synchro/Resolver to digital converter shouldbe adopted.The design procedure and experiment results of this converter aregive in the paper.The converter not only realizes the angular positionmeasurement in real time,it can also provide the angular speed in analogousand digital forms at the same time.The position output can be both in theparallel form which is compatible with computer data bus and in the form ofquadrature pulses which is the same as opto-encoder output.
