摘要 介绍了一种采用国产毫米波行波管的小型化Ka波段发射机,带宽2 GHz,峰值功率大于1.4 kW,体积为482.6 mm×221.5 mm×490 mm。给出了系统的功能框图,并对高压电源、脉冲调制器、高压绝缘和热设计予以详细介绍,最后给出了该发射机的热测结果和实物照片。 A miniaturized radar transmitter in Ka band using homemade traveling-wave tube is introduced, which has an average pulse peak power of over 1.4 kW in a bandwidth of 2 GHz and physical volume is about 482.6 mm×221.5 mm×490 mm. The de- sign figures and composition are given. Several key technologies such as high voltage power source technique, pulse modulator technique, high voltage solid insulation and thermal design are described and the implementation methods are also given. Finally, the test results and a photograph are shown.
