大学图书馆嵌入式服务研究评述

A Review of Research on the Embedded Service in Chinese Academic Libraries

作为一种服务理念,嵌入式服务已经引起图书馆界广泛关注,并取得了一批可观的研究成果。文章利用《中国知网》检索系统对大学图书馆嵌入式服务相关研究论文进行了定量和定性分析,在此基础上,探讨了未来我国高校图书馆嵌入式服务研究的主要方向。

Embedded library service requires librarians to bring themselves into users＇ environment, rather than to stay in libraries only, in order to cooperate with users and solve their problems in time. As a new concept, embedded service is interpreted divergently in China. An analysis, both quantitative and qualitative, of the research papers on embedded service applied in Chinese academic libraries is provided, using retrieval system such as the Database of CNKI. According to a survey of embedded service applied in Chinese academic libraries, the author also points out the research directions in the future on embedded service applied in Chinese academic libraries.
