摘要
对裸眼测井遇卡以后现场解卡方法进行评述。重点强调要抓住快捷解卡机遇。详细分析造成遇卡的 6种主要原因 ,从理论探讨的角度提出解卡的理论依据 ,着重从岩石物理性质——岩石是弹塑体、具有流变性 ,以及电缆和马笼头张力棒所能承受的允许张力的限制中 ,寻找它们的结合点 ,提出流变解卡的解卡方法 ,并就方法实施中需要注意的问题 ,提出注意事项和建议 ,达到优化解卡的目的。
In the event of a stuck well logging tool or cable, the opportunity to release the apparatus should be seized promptly. This article evaluates in detail one method for effective the release of stuck well logging tools in the open hole. First, the six major causes of stuck well logging tools or cable are analyzed. A releasing method based on the rheological behavior of rocks/some lithologies/some lithologies under certain conditions is then put forward. This rheology based method of effective release is analyzed in the light of the causes of stuck tools and cable, and current theories regarding rheological behavior. Particular reference is made to balancing the tension that can be applied to stuck apparatus in the attempt to make use of the elastic and plastic behavior of rocks, and the limited tension capacity of the tension bar in the cable head. Finally, note is made of potential situations requiring more careful attention, and methods are proposed for putting this recovery method into practice in order to achieve optimum recovery of stuck well logging apparatus.
