自助服务设备在图书馆的可用性研究——以广州图书馆新馆应用为例 被引量:7

The Usability Study of in Self-Help Service Device in Library-A Case Study of Guangzhou Library

摘要 文章通过对广州图书馆新馆所使用的自助服务设备进行基于焦点小组和观察法的可用性测试,从功能分配、人机交互、反馈信息、性能四个方面分析自助服务设备在图书馆自助服务实践中的可用性不足,并在此研究基础上,提出了对自助服务系统进行可用性改进的建议,供其他公共图书馆参考借鉴。 The paper makes a test on usability of the self-service device in the new Library of Guangdong based on focus group and observational method, analyzes some shortcomings in availability of the device from the aspects of funcion allocation, human-computer interaction, infrmation feedback, and performance, and gives some suggestions on how to improve the usability of it, aiming at providing reference for public library.
