摘要
分析了齐鲁石油化工公司胜利炼油厂的生产现状与问题 ,介绍了为使中东高硫原油加工量提高到 6.0Mt/a ,优化调整装置结构 ,生产清洁燃料和乙烯原料而进行的炼油技术改造方案和效果。该改造工程将于 2 0 0 0年底建成。改造完成后 ,加氢精制和加氢裂化能力提高到占原油总量的 67.5% ,轻质油收率由改造前的 54.0 3%提高到 76.2 % ,增加乙烯原料 0 .88Mt/a。汽油烯烃、苯含量及 58%以上的柴油符合清洁燃料标准。
The status Quo and problems of production in Shengli Refinery of Qilu Petrochemical Company was analyzed.The revamping project which will be completed by the end of 2000 to produce clean fuel and feedstock for the ethylene unit by optimizing the structure of units to process Middle East sour crude was introduced.After revamping,the processing capacity of hydrofining and hydrocracking unit will be ehhanced to 67.5% of the total crude.The yield of light oil increases from 54.03% to 76.2%.The feedstock for the ethylene unit increases by 880000 tpy.The contents of olefins and benzene in gasoline and over 58% of the diesel meet clean fuel standards.
