摘要
本文介绍了电子束焊接电子枪长寿命阴极的研制,探讨了阴极材料选择、阴极组件结构确定所要考虑的问题。通过原理试验和在电子束焊接电子枪上的实际应用,测试了LaB_6阴极的加热性能和发射性能,初步解决了LaB_6阴极在电子束焊接中的实际应用问题。预计该阴极使用寿命可达上千小时。
In this paper the development study of the long life cathode of the electrongun for electron beam welding is presented.The problems that need to car(?)during the selection of the cathode material and definition of the structure ofthe cathode unit are studied.Through the principle test and the practicalapplication in the electron beam welding gun,the heating characteristics anpthe emissive characteristics of the LaB_6 cathode are measured.The probremsencountered in applying LaB_6 cathode to the electron beam welding are solvedpreliminarily.The life of the cathode is estimated to be 1000hrs.
