摘要
目的总结河南宏力医院抗菌药物专项整治的效果,为下一步专项整治活动的深入进行提供依据。方法通过对医院2009年至2012年的抗菌药物销售额占药品销售总额的比例(使用比例)、每万元药品销售额的抗菌药物消耗量(累计DDD数)、各类抗菌药物的销售额及构成比、排名前十位的抗菌药物销售额及占抗菌药物销售总额的百分比这几个指标进行比较和分析。结果抗菌药物的使用比例从整治前的17.96%(2010年)降到11.61%(2012年),每万元药品销售额的抗菌药物消耗量(累计DDD数)从110.90(2009年)降到67.17(2012年),均呈逐年下降趋势;β-内酰胺类抗菌药物仍是使用比例最高的抗菌药物,用量占到全部抗菌药物使用总量的80%以上;氟喹诺酮类药物使用比例不高,但呈逐年上升趋势。结论医院抗菌药物专项整治活动取得了明显效果,抗菌药物的使用总体趋于合理,但氟喹诺酮类药物使用比例呈逐年上升趋势,应引起重视。
Objective To summarize the special rectification effect of antibacterial agents in Hongli hospital of Henan province for providing a basis in the in-depth special rectification activities. Methods The indexes related to antibacterial agents use including the ratio of sales amount of antibacterial agents to total sales amount of drug sales(usage rate) ,the consumption volume of antibacterial agents per ten thousand yuan drugs sales amount(accumulation defined daily dose,DDDs) ,the sales amount and constituent ratio of each antibacterial agents as well as the volume and its accounted for percentages to total antibacterial agents sales volume in the top ten of antibacterial agents from 2009 to 2012 were compared and analyzed. Results After the special rectification,the usage rate of antibacterial agents decreased (from 17. 96% to 11. 61% ) ,and the DDDs per ten thousand yuan drugs sales amount decreased (from 110.90 to 67.17) ,and both of them were showed descending tendency year by year. The usage rate of beta-lactam antibiotics still was the highest in antibacterial agents which accounted for more than 80. 0% of total amount applied all antibacterial agents. Though the usage rate of fluoroquinolones was not high,it showed ascending tendency year by year. Conclusions The special rectification activities of antibacterials acquired obvious effect. The usage of antibiotics in general tends to more reasonable,but it should be paid attention to that the usage rate of fluoroquinolones assumes ascending tendency year by year.
