摘要
对烃化过程中苯丙烯比 (R)与反应结果的关系进行了研究。提出了苯核 (bm)、丙烯及衍生物 (pm)和实际苯丙烯比 (bm/pm)的计算方法。随着苯丙烯比的升高 ,丙烯单程转化率上升 ,异丙苯选择性上升 ,副反应降低。工业生产应用表明 :用实际苯丙烯比代替R ,稳定了操作和产品质量 ,产品异丙苯纯度由 94 .0 6%~ 98.17%提高到98.0 0 %~ 98.2 0 %。
Relations between benzene to propene ratio(R) and reactive results in alkylation were studied.Calculation methods for benzene nucleus(b),propene,derivatives(p) and actual benzene to propene ratio were put forward.With the increase of R,the propene conversion of the single stage and the selectivity of cumene increase and the side reaction decreases.Using actual benzene to propene ratio to replace R,the operation and product quality in a commerical unit were stabilized.The puriety of cumene increases from 94.06%~98.17% to 98.0%~98.2%.
