摘要 农村幼师国培计划是一项事关民族未来与国计民生的重大工程,其实施品质在一定程度上决定着国家学前教育政策意图的顺利实现。农村幼师国培计划的政策意图是:关注教育薄弱链环,助推幼儿教育均衡发展,推动教育协作。有鉴于此,培训实施者应该坚持专业化导向、共同体培育与成长型培训的理念,努力打造有效的高端培训品牌。农村幼儿教师国培的理想模式为:名师名课论坛、共同体专题研讨、研训交互课堂。 The national teacher training program for preschool teachers in rural areas is a profound project concerning the future of our nation, national economy and the people' s livelihood. The quality of its implementation is closely related to the successful realization of the national preschool educational policy intention. The policy intention of the national training plan for preschool teachers in rural areas is paying attention to the weak parts in education, promoting the balanced development in preschool education. In order to achieve the aim, the trainers should follow the belief of professional orientation, cooperative education and training for development so as to form advanced training brand. The ideal training model for preschool teachers in rural areas is to build forum involving great teachers and high quality courses, cooperative specific topic discus- sion and combining research with training in classroom teaching.
