摘要
本文借助美国德雷塞尔大学信息科学与技术学院陈超美博士开发的Citespace可视化软件,通过关键词共现网络分析方法,发现近十五年国内教师离职研究的前沿主题经历了涌现、休眠和转折的过程,热点领域涉及工作满意度、组织承诺、离职倾向、职业倦怠、心理契约、职业认同和教师离职对策研究。
With the visual software of Citespace, which was developed by Chaomei Chen, a professor of College of Informa- tion Science and Technolog in Drexel University, also through the network analysis methods, the thesis talks about that the topic of the research front of teacher turnover in the past fifteen years have experienced the process of emergence, dormancy and turning. It also analyses the hotspot domains and relates to the job satisfaction, organizational commitment, turnover intention, occupation burnout, psychological contract, occupation identity and countermeasures of teachers'turnover.
