可卡因-苯丙胺调节转录肽在脑缺血中的神经保护机制

Neuroprotective mechanislr of cocaine-and mnphetane-wgulated transcript peptides in brain ischemia

摘要 可卡因一苯丙胺调节转录肽(cocaine—andamphetamine—regulatedtranscriptpeptides,CART)是一种存在于人和动物的内源性神经肽,参与调节体内多种生理和病理学过程。多项研究提示,CART在中枢神经系统中广泛分布,具有一定的中枢神经保护作用。文章对CART在脑缺血中的神经保护机制进行了综述。 Cocaine and amphetamine regulated transcript(CART) peptides are endolaous neurotrans mitters with important roles in a number of physiological and pathological processes in vivo. Many studies suggested that CART is widely distributed in the central nervous system, and it has some central protective effects. This article reviews the recent progress in research on the protective effect of CART on cerebral ischemia and its mechanisms.
