摘要
为了解决在路口地下管线纵横交错的地方铺设大口径中压煤气管道,科技人员提出了用异型管连接的构思,经实践证明采用椭圆管优于其它异型管。文章介绍了椭圆异型管的几何问题、水力损失、强度计算以及椭圆异型管的制作。还列举了几个成功应用的实例。
In order to lay large-diameter MP gas pipe at the crossing where underground pipelines are interlaced, the technicians put forward the concept of connection by using special-shaped pipe. It has been proved through practice that an elliptic pipe has an advantage over others.This paper introduces the geometrical issues, hydraulic loss, intensity calculation and manufactureconcerning elliptic special pipe. It enumerates several cases of successful application.
