某高职院校开设《大学生营养与健康》课的教育效果观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的了解高职院校学生营养健康知识、态度、行为情况及《大学生营养与健康》教育的效果,探讨营养教育的重要性和可行性,并为开展营养健康教育提供科学依据。方法采用整群抽样的方法对参加公选《大学生营养与健康》课的180名学生于课前、课后进行营养健康知识、态度与行为的自编问卷调查,采用Excel2003和χ2统计分析并观察其营养健康教育的效果。结果经健康教育后学生营养知识知晓率达89.2%,较教育前(48.9%)明显提高,差异有统计学意义(χ2=70.33,P<0.05)。学生对营养的态度优于教育前(86.9%),为92.6%,但差异无统计学意义(χ2=3.23,P>0.05)。学生健康行为采纳率(58.5%)优于教育前(25.3%),且差异有统计学意义(χ2=39.68,P<0.05)。结论在政策和环境支持下开设《大学生营养与健康教育》课的教育是高职院校学生普及和提高营养健康知识和技能,坚持采纳合理营养、平衡膳食和健康饮食行为的必要的、可行的、有效的重要措施。 Objective To understand the nutrition and health knowledge, attitudes, behaviors among college students and the course effect of College Students' Nutrition and Health, and support scientific evidence for health education in colleges. Methods A cluster sampling method was used to enroll 180 students in a vocational college who attended the public optional course study of College Students' Nutrition and Health. A self-made questionnaire survey was carried out to e- valuate course effect before and after classes. Data were analyzed by Excel 2003 and X2 - test. Results After public optional course study of nutrition and health, the awareness rate of nutritional knowledge among college students was higher than that in before classes, which was 89. 2% compared to 48.9% (X2 = 70. 33, P 〈 0. 05). The nutrition attitude was increased, which was 92. 6% compared to 86. 9% ( X2 = 3.23, P 〉 0.05 ). The formation rate of healthy behaviors was much more in- creased than previous situation, which was 58.5% compared to 25.3% (X2 =39.68, P 〈0.05). Conclusion The Course of College Students' Nutrition and Health is an important, effective measures to popularize and improve the students' nutrition and health knowledge and skills. It would help college students insist adopting to their reasonable nutri- tion, balanced diet and healthy behaviors with schools' policy support and beneficial environment.
