摘要
室内合成了一种封端醇醚。评价这种封端醇醚的理化性能 ,满足合成基液的要求 ,以此建立合成基钻井液体系 ,并评价合成基钻井液体系的各种性能。结果表明 ,合成基钻井液具有较强的抗钙、抗镁、抗海水污染和抗劣质土固相侵污能力。生物毒性和生物可降解性满足环保要求 ,可在海洋石油钻井作业中应用。
A kind of alcohol ether sealed tail is synthesed in laboratory.Its physicochemical properties are studied in this paper and these properties are suitable for basic fluid.The composition and perfomance of synthetic based muds are researched.The results shows that the synthetic based muds has an ablility to resist seawater,worse earth,calcium invasion and magnesium contamination.The biological toxictity and biodegradation of the synthetic based muds meet the environmental requirements.
