摘要
用一种醇和微量水溶性Lewis酸组成的络合剂处理催化裂化原料 ,脱除其中的碱性氮化物 ,从而改善催化剂的裂化性能。当络合剂质量含量为 0 .2 5%～ 0 .35%时 ,碱性氮化物可以得到有效脱除 ,催化剂的微反活性提高 3～ 4个单位。
The crackability of catalyst can be improved by using a complexing agent to complex basic nitrogen in FCC feedstock,which is composed of an alcohol and a small amount of water soluble Lewis acid.When the content of the complexing agent is 0.25%～0.35%,the basic nitrogen can be effectively removed and the microactivity of catalyst enhanced by 3～4 unit.
