摘要
项目组经过对市县级业务的需求分析,按照国家标准,设计出面向市县级的计量信息化管理系统,以实现其业务的标准化。阐述了开发面向市县级的计量测试综合管理系统的价值,并对软件流程和功能模块等进行了设计。
This paper aims to work out county-based metering inform ation management system Achieve business standardization based on market demand and state criterion. Its development can meet the business demand of municipal stations or below and save cost,which can conduct management,supervision and control effectively.
