摘要
介绍了洛阳石油化工工程公司炼制研究所开发的劣质汽油芳构化改质技术 ,利用芳构化技术改质直馏汽油 ,可以得到 64.4 %的高辛烷值汽油 ,并副产 30 .2 %的液化石油气 ,所产高辛烷值汽油基本符合我国 90号无铅汽油质量要求。试验证明新开发的催化剂具有良好的活性和稳定性 ,催化剂单程操作周期在 15天以上。该技术为炼油厂汽油质量的升级开辟了一条新路 ,具有推广前景。
The aromatization technique for inferior gasoline developed by Petroleum Refining Research Institute of LPEC was introduced.Using this technique to upgrade straight run gasoline,64.4% gasoline with high octane number basically meeting the national standard of the 90# lead free gasoline and 30.2% side product LPG can be obtained,.Test results showed that the new catalyst has good activity and stability and the running period of single process reaches over 15 days.
