摘要
环烷酸钙和硝酸钙对催化裂化催化剂的活性有不利影响 ,尤其在钙含量高于 1 .6%时 ,影响较大。环烷酸钙对催化剂活性的影响小于硝酸钙。X射线衍射分析表明 ,工业平衡催化剂和结块状催化剂上有硫酸钙。加入含磷和含锆抗钙助剂有一定的抗钙作用。含磷抗钙助剂 PA和 PO的结构分别为磷酸铝和γ-氧化铝 ;含磷抗钙助剂与硝酸钙作用形成磷灰石 ,从而减少了钙对催化剂的影响。
Both calcium naphthenate and calcium nitrate showed some effects on FCC catalyst activity and crystallinity of molecular seives,especially when calcium content of catalyst was higher than 1 6%,and the influence of calcium naphthenate was less than that of calcium nitrate.Calcium sulfate was found in equilibrium catalysts and agglomerated catalysts.Phosphorous containing compounds and zirconium containing compounds showed some certain tolerance to calcium.XRD profiles show that the structure of phosphorous containing compound PA is aluminum phosphate,that of PO is γ Al 2O 3.Both PA and PO can react with calcium nitrate to form calcium hydroxylapatite,thus to alleviate the poisoning of calcium compounds on activity of FCC catalysts.
