胆红素对ABO溶血病新生儿细胞免疫功能的影响及蓝光照射前后免疫功能的变化 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨不同水平血清胆红素对ABO血型不合性溶血病新生儿细胞免疫功能的影响及照射蓝光前后的变化。方法使用流式细胞仪法检测不同水平下胆红素CD4+、CD8+、CD40L的表达。结果 (1)CD4+、CD8+、CD40L和CD4+/CD8+的表达量高于胆红素>256.5μmol/L组低于无黄疸组、胆红素<102.6μmol/L组胆红素102.6~256.5μmol/L组(P<0.05)。(2)蓝光照射治疗后CD4+、CD8+、CD40L和CD4+/CD8+表达量均增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 (1)血清胆红素对ABO溶血病新生儿显著抑制细胞免疫功能。(2)使用蓝光照射疗法可减轻胆红素对细胞免疫功能的抑制。 Objective To observe the effect of hyperbilirubin on the cell immune functions and the changes after the treatment of blue light. Methods After marked by immunofluorencencseCD4+ , CD8+ , CD40L, CD4+/ CD8+ were determined by flow cytometry on different bilirubin levels. Results (1)The expression level of CD4+ , CD8+ , CD40L, CD4+/CD8+ in group of which bilirubin was 102.6 - 256.5μmol./L and the group of bilirubin 〉 265.5μmol/L were lower than the group of bilirubin 〈 102.6μmol/L and without jaundice. All the difference had statistical significance (P 〈 0. 05 ). (2) After the treatment of blue light CD4+ CD8+, CD40L, CD4+/ CD8+ were higher than those before the treatment. The difference had statistical significance(P 〈 0. 05). Conclusions (1)With the increasing of bilirubin concentration, the inhibitory effect of bilirubin on the cell immune functions become more significant. (2) The treatment of blue light can decrease the inhibitory effect of bilirubin on the cell immune functions.
