摘要 目的了解咸阳市区综合性医院医院感染现状,为提高医院感染管理水平提供依据。方法采取回顾性调查分析方法,对咸阳市区七所二级以上综合性医院2011年1—6月份所有科室的医院感染病例资料,进行医院感染患病率、医院感染患者病原学标本送检率、医院感染部位分布以及医院感染病原体构成分析,选用Excel2000软件和WHONT5.6软件统计处理。结果七所医院感染患病率为0.60%,例次患病率为0.61%,医院感染患者病原学标本送检率为32.57%,医院感染部位以下呼吸道感染居首位,占46.7%。医院感染病原体共分离142株,凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌居首位,占16%。结论咸阳市医院感染预防与控制工作和全国的整体水平有一定的差距。 Objective To understand the status of hospital infection in general hospitals in Xianyang City, and to provide a basis to improve the hospital infection management level. Methods Using the retrospective analysis method to analyze the clinical data of the hospital infection from all departments of the hospitals which was above grade two comprehensive hospital in Xianyang city fromFebruary -June, in 2011 and to analyze the prevalence rate of hospital infection, hospital infection, hospital infection rate of specimen and the distribution of nosocomial infection pathogens from the data. Using Excel2000 software and WHONTS. 6 software statistical processing. Results The seven hospital infection prevalence rate was 0.60% , a case of prevalence rate was 0. 61% ,hospital infection specimen was 32.57% and first infection site was lower respiratory tract nosocomial infection, accounting for 46.7%. A total of 142 strains of pathogens from nosocomial infection, coagulase negative Staphylococcus ranks first, accounting for 16%. Conclusions Hospitals infection, prevention and control work of Xianyang have a certain gap from the level of the whole country.
