摘要
目的探讨提高网状纤维染色病理实验教学质量的经验体会。方法对胃肠道平滑肌瘤与间质瘤切片分别进行HE染色和网状纤维染色,让学生显微镜观察。结果网状纤维染色显示平滑肌瘤与间质瘤的网状纤维形态存在明显差异,使学生很容易就能分辨。结论通过网状纤维染色,使病理学实验形象生动,提高了实验教学质量。
Objective To discuss theexperience on improving the quality of reticular fiber staining in pathological experiment teaching. Methods Thegastrointestinal leiomyoma and mesenchymoma were given HE staining and reticular fiber staining respectively, then were observed with microscope by students. Results The reticular fiber morphology of leiomyoma and mesenchymomawere significantly different by reticular fiber staining, students can distinguish. Conclusions The pathological experiment teaching is vivid by reticular fiber staining, this method improves the quality of teaching.
