当前我国农村社区公民政治文化培育研究——以陕西省为例

Analysis on the Cultivating of Civic Political Culture in Rural Communities Under the Construction of Well-off Society:Shaanxi Province as an Example

发展社会主义民主,建设社会主义政治文明是我国全面建成小康社会的重要政治目标。公民政治文化作为一种以民主为核心理念的政治文化,是民主政治的文化基础。在我国进入全面建成小康社会决定性阶段背景下,培育成熟的公民政治文化,特别是在广大农村社区培养具有政治主体意识、公民权利本位意识、法治意识和民主参与等意识的现代公民,通过经济层面、政治层面、社会层面和文化层面的协同努力,为民主政治建设提供内在支撑和发展动力,提供合法性支持,是目前我国农村社区进行政治建设的方向与目标。

To develop social democracy and socialist political civilization is the important goal for overall well-off society in China.Civic political culture takes democracy as its core and it is the cultural basis on democratic politics.In the process of moving well-off society construction,especially in the rural area,to foster civic political culture and to train qualified citizens with principal political sense,political rights sense,nomocracy sense as well as the citizens＇ political participation consciousness in order to support developing strength and validity through means of economics,politiics,society and culture is our main job.
