摘要
通过统计中美两国2000—2012年在学术期刊上发表的大学英语写作教学研究论文,作者发现,两国在写作教学方法、内容和技术方面有很多共同点,但美国更重视协作学习和写作社区;而中国则关注错误分析、应试教学、汉语语言和文化的负迁移对英语写作的影响。因此,中国英语写作教学应该立足本土实际,开展跨学科、跨院校、跨国界的协作学习方式。
The statistics of the published papers in periodicals from 2000—2012 on teaching English writing in Chinese and American colleges show that despite the common grounds in teaching methodologies,content and techniques,American writing teachers tend to focuse more on collaborative learning and writing communities,while Chinese ones stress more on errors analysis,teaching for the test,and negative transfer of Chinese language and culture in English writing.It is concluded that China's English writing teaching should,based on its local characteristics,develop cross-discipline,cross-college and cross-nation collaborative learning.
