单倍体相合造血干细胞移植治疗儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病一例

摘要 患者男，11岁，2006年1月20日无诱因出现右耳前肿块，约1．5cm×1．5cm，表面无红肿，触痛阴性，活动度好，不伴发热、苍白、乏力及皮肤黏膜出血等症状，就诊于山西省儿童医院，血常规、红细胞沉降速率均正常，且除外淋巴结结核，考虑炎性肿物，予抗感染治疗（具体药物及剂量不详），效果欠佳，
