The repair process of scratch on interior decorating pieces with different materials of high-speed EMU was briefly introduced. The repair materials and technology were selected by analyzing the surface materials and injury degree of different interior paint parts in car body. The scratch bump repair methods of metal parts, glass steel, rubber and wood pieces were systematically introduced. Repair technology of different damage degrees were classification introduced based on the different internal trim part surface materials.
