星点设计-效应面法优化石榴皮抗氧化物的提取工艺研究

摘要 为优化石榴皮抗氧化物质的提取条件。考察了温度、时间和乙醇浓度对石榴皮抗氧化物质提取的影响,采用星点设计-效应面法对石榴皮抗氧化物提取条件进行优化,并对结果进行了验证。结果,石榴皮抗氧化物的最佳提取温度为29℃,时间为26min,乙醇浓度为54%。结论,所用工艺简单易行,星点设计-效应面优化法预测结果良好。 Objective To optimize the extraction condition of pomegranate antioxidant materials. Effect factors which include concentration of alcohol, temperature and time were investigated. The extraction condition of pomegranate antioxidant materials was optimized by central composite design-response surface method, results were validated. Results, The extracted temperature 29℃ ,extracted time 26min, ethanol of concentration 54% were the optimum extracting condi- tions. Conclusion, The extraction method was simple, central composite design-response surface methodology delivers predictive accuracy.
