摘要
Gluconacetobacter xylinus在振摇培养时易衰退,静置培养中却鲜见。经实验证明,静置培养,连续转接中,当容器为锥形量杯时易衰退;当容器为三角瓶,装液量越大,发酵时间越长,越易衰退。推测木葡糖醋杆菌静置培养中的衰退与其低氧胁迫的浓度及时间紧密相关。
Degeneration of Gluconacetobacter xylinus is easily happened during shaking culture,but degeneration in stationary culture is little reported.This paper reported on factors which could induce degeneration of Ga.xylinus during static cultivation.The first factor was vessel or fermentation facility.When conical graduate was used,percentage of degeneration was higher;when volume of liquid medium in conical flask was more or fermentation time was longer,possibilities of degeneration were both higher.Based on our results,it suggested that there would be relationships between degeneration of Ga.xylinus and low concentrate of oxygen and lasting time in such a low oxygen.
