The Legal Responsibility of Anti-biotics Abuse and Its Regulation

目的为健全抗生素使用的管理体系提供参考。方法阐述抗生素使用的现状与存在问题,对抗生素滥用的原因及其相关的法律责任进行分析。结果与结论从国家、医疗机构、患者等不同角度提出对策与建议。

Objective To provide references for the special management system of anti-biotics. Methods The present situation and the problems of anti-biotic use in our country were expounded and causes for anti-biotics abuse and related legal responsibilities were analyzed. Results and Conclusion Approaches and suggestions were proposed to construct a special management system from different perspectives of state, medical institutions and patients.
