摘要 目的探讨现行《中华人民共和国药典》(以下简称《中国药典》)2010年版中实验动物相关描述的科学性和合理性。方法查阅2010年版《中国药典》一、二、三部,整理、总结涉及实验动物的相关描述,从实验动物遗传学角度对一些值得商榷的地方进行了分类探讨。结果与结论《中国药典》2010年版中的一些实验动物相关描述还应进一步规范;一些实验中指定的动物品种/品系的实用性还需探讨;应明确实验动物遗传学的相关概念。 Objective To discuss the scientificness and rationality of the related descriptions of the laboratory animals in the current China Pharmacopoeia. Methods The descriptions concerning laboratory animals in the China Pharmacopoeia 2010 (Volume Ⅰ , Ⅱ ,Ⅲ ) were reviewed and summarized, and some debatable descriptions were classified and discussed from a genetic view. Results and Conclusion In the China Pharmacopoeia, some descriptions of the related laboratory animals should be further standardized; the suitability of the designated animal stocks/strains is questionable for some experiments; the concepts related to laboratory animal genetics should be defined.
