Research Progress of Measurement Uncertainty in Drug Detection

目的提高测量不确定度在药品检测领域的普及与运用水平。方法根据药品标准中的检测项目汇总了近年来国内在药物分析不确定度方面发表的论文,阐述了测量不确定度作为科学的统计手段,合理地表征了被测量值的分散性,是定量说明测量结果质量的一个重要参数,在各个检测领域有着良好的应用前景。结果与结论综述了近年来测量不确定度在药品检测领域的不同子领域、不同类型及不同检测手段上的研究进展,阐述了测量不确定度在药品各个品种中的评定方法和意义。

Objective To promote the popularization and application of measurement uncertainty in the field of drug detection. Methods Papers on measurement uncertainty in drug analysis published at home in recent years were summarized. This article expounded that measurement uncertainty, as a scientific statistical method, could properly characterize the dispersion of the values, which is an important parameter explaining the quantitative testing result and will have a wide promising application in various testing fields. Results and Conclusion This article reviewed the recent research progress of measurement uncertainty in different sub-areas, different types, different detection methods in the drug detecting field and elaborated the evaluation methods and significance of measure uncertainty in all kinds of drugs.
