摘要
目的学习借鉴印度(德里)基本药物政策的有益经验,为中国制定国家药物政策和建立国家基本药物制度提供参考。方法文献研究法。结果与结论借鉴德里模式,从组织保障、制度保障、细节保障等方面提出了适合我国国情、保障我国基本药物制度推行的若干对策与建议。
Objective To provide reference for the formulation of the National Medicine Policy and the establishment of the National Essential Medicine System in China. Methods Delhi mode of essential medicine system was analyzed by literature analysis method in this study. Results and Conclusion Based on the successful experience of Delhi mode, we put forward several countermeasures and suggestions from the perspective of organization, system and details to safeguard to support the implementation process of the Essential Medicine System under the current conditions in China.
